Buying Wholesale
Wholesale products are the products we sold under wholesale categories. It offers up to 70% discount and applies with Minimum Order Quantity (per product SKU) and Minimum Order Amount (per Brand)
Minimum Order Amount is the minimum amount should buy to get the listed wholesale price. Minimum order amount is applied per brand.
When you check out and the items in your cart is below the minimum order amount, you notice that the cart would prompt a message that here is an issue with your cart. You need to get back to your cart and adjust the minimum order amount of your order.
The minimum order amount per brand is automatically checked upon check out. For your reference, this table below contains partial information of minimum order amount of some brands we sell. If the brands you want is not listed here, please kind contact us for inquiry.

Our wholesale process is handled with care due to international shipping and different minimum order for each brands. These is the process of wholesale ordering.
1. Customer checks out wholesale products by choosing Invoice Payment and Local Consolidation Shipping methods.
2. After this, a Quote will be created and customer will see it in the order list.
3. Sales Invoice will be prepared and al details of the order will be communicated- including the order, including lead time, packing details, and cost of shipping among others.
4. Once the Sales Invoice is ready, and order will creates with payment information. Customer can download the invoice directly from order menu. At the same time a confirmation email or notification message will be sent.
5. The customer accepts the Sales Invoice and proceed to payment. Payments information must be uploaded at the corresponding Order ID in the account menu.
6. Once Sales Invoice is paid, the order will be processed.
7. Lead time for wholesale order is 12-15 days.
8. We will notify customer once the order is ready to ship and/or if it has been shipped to a local consolidator. We provide customer with Tracking Number or shipping information by email and by the order details in the account menu.
Lead time is the amount of time needed by our vendors to prepare and send the products you ordered from us. Lead time for wholesale orders is normally 12-15 days. Lead time does not including shipping time. Transit period depends on your chosen carrier and is out of our responsibility. Lead time starts after your payment has been posted to our account.
