Dropshipping Terms and Process

This service is a retail fulfillment method where the Dropshipper store (you) sells the product that the Supplier (we) offer and ship it directly to the customer. This term page identifies the eligible selling platform for this service. If you are interested to this service, please kindly read the following.

All transactions between Yonjikonji (Supplier) and you (Dropshipper) are governed by these terms and processes. Please read them carefully before joining the dropshipping service (Service). We reserve the right to amend these terms and processes at any time. Updated terms and processes will be accessible on our official website at yonjikonji.com.

  1. Confidentiality

The Dropshipper acknowledges that all data, information, and digital assets provided by the Supplier, including but not limited to product prices, descriptions, images, and customer data, are confidential. The Dropshipper shall not disclose, use, or share this confidential information with any third party without the express written consent of the Supplier. The Supplier agrees to protect the confidentiality of Dropshipper’s information, including but not limited to contact details, business information, and sales data, and to use this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement. 

  1. Account Registration

To register to the Service, Dropshipper has to provide necessary trade information and documents by signing up at this link

To register for the Service and access the Supplier’s product catalog and other resources, the Dropshipper must create an account by completing the registration process. During registration, the Dropshipper agrees to provide accurate and complete business information, including but not limited to:

  • Company name
  • Contact person
  • Business address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Tax identification number (if applicable)

The Supplier reserves the right to request additional information or documentation as needed to verify the Dropshipper’s identity and business legitimacy.

  1. Dropshipping Tool

The service is available only on websites that use Woocommerce shopping cart and the plugin Dropshipping for WooCommerce.

The plugin is a tool that allows the Dropshipper to grant the Supplier limited access to their website for order processing. This automation enables the Dropshipper to:

  • Set profit margins: Control pricing and profitability.
  • Upload products: Easily add the Supplier’s products to their online store.
  • Send Supplier automatic order notifications: Stay informed about new orders requiring fulfillment.
  • Settings

If you are looking for a service provider to create a website for you, our in-house web developer provides an all in e-commerce web development service for a one time payment of only $500.00. This includes one (1) premium woocommerce template, one (1) year VPS server hosting, two (2) domain emails, monthly updates for (1) year, the Dropshipping plugin and website migration to your host. After one (1) year, you can continue service for $30.00 a month or we migrate your website to your new host for free. Additionally, we upload the product database for you and update it monthly. If  you are already using a Woocommerce shopping cart and only need the Dropshipping for Woocommerce plugin, you can buy them at the link above. Alternatively, we can provide you the same plugin inclusive of updates (when available) for only a one time payment of only $100.00.

  1. The Dropshipping Service Process
  • The Dropshipper is required to fill up the Dropshipping Service Application Form at link.
  • The Dropshipper is required to Install the Dropshipping for WooCommerce plugin. You can find the plugin documentation at here.
  • The Dropshipper add the Supplier’s account at Product -> Suppliers ->Import Inventory .CSV menu.  Supplier provides the Dropshipper with the following data (d., e., f., …) after the Suppplier login and url is provided. This confirms that the platform and ready for the service.
  • The Dropshipper uploads the product database files to the website by going to Product -> Supplier-. Products list database is downloadable here. The price of product does not include shipping fee to buyer’s address. 
  • The Dropshipper updates shipping fees provided by the Supplier to match shipping fee of shipping from Korea to the customers. The shipping fee table is available on this link.

Note: The available products in our website are divided into two (2) categories: (i) Flash Sale or retail (2) wholesale. We only provide the dropshipping service for Retail. This is due to the reason that wholesale has a minimum order amount  and that wholesale stock availability, prices and lead time varies. However, we provide a 3% commission for wholesale purchases that you can refer to us. To download our current wholesale price list, please check here.

  1. Sales Commission 

The listed price for each product includes a 10% commission for the Dropshipper.  For each successful sale, the Dropshipper will remit to the Supplier the listed product price less the 10% commission.

Example: If a product is listed at $100, the Dropshipper will remit $90 (+ Shipping Fee) to the Supplier and retain $10 as their commission.

The Dropshipper shall pay order using Visa/Mastercard through Stripe payments. For card payment link, please contact us on Whatsapp.

If necessary, the Dropshipper has the option to add additional fees and taxes at Woocommerce -> Setting -> Dropshipping -> Price  Calculator

  1. Order Payment and Processing

Through the plugin above, Supplier is automatically notified whenever there is an order at the Dropshipper’s website 

The Dropshipper is required to send the payment of the order within 24 hours from receiving the order.

Supplier ships order within three (3) business days from order and payment cutoff of 11:00AM KST

Supplier provides an updated price list monthly. The Dropshippers must check and update the product list posted at the website for each update.

Supplier reserves the right to cancel the order if the product listed on the website has an incorrect price. If the payment has been made, a payment update shall be made within 24 hours

  1. Listing Terms

The Dropshipper may list the Supplier’s products only on the approved selling channels that are compatible with the plugin, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Supplier. It is the Dropshipper’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all product information displayed on their selling channels, including but not limited to:

  • Product descriptions
  • Prices
  • Images

The Dropshipper shall promptly update product information to reflect any changes provided by the Supplier

  1. Price and Payment Terms

The Service is a prepaid or payment first. Supplier ships the product to buyers after receipt of payment 

All prices provided are exclusive of shipping and customs taxes. 

If there will be a payment issue we will contact you on the given contact information to discuss alternative payment options.

The Dropshippers must pay within 24 hours of customer ordering time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not paid within 24-48 hours to avoid delays in order fulfillment.

We use Stripe Payment Gateway

  • Pricing: All product prices provided by the Supplier are exclusive of shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes. 
  • Payment Terms: The Dropshipper agrees to a pre-payment system. The Supplier will process and ship orders only after receiving full payment from the Dropshipper.
  • Payment Timeline: The Dropshipper must submit payment for each order within 24 hours of the customer placing the order. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel any order not paid within this timeframe to prevent delays in order fulfillment.
  • Payment Method: The Supplier uses Stripe as its payment gateway. The Dropshipper can make payments via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods supported by Stripe.
  • Payment Issues: If any payment issues arise, the Supplier will contact the Dropshipper using the provided contact information to discuss alternative payment options or resolve the issue.
  1. Taxes, Duty and Other Charges

The Dropshipper acknowledges that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any and all applicable shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges levied by the destination country.

The Dropshipper is responsible for clearly communicating these potential charges to their customers prior to the completion of the purchase. The Supplier will provide the Dropshipper with the necessary information regarding product weight, dimensions, and declared value to facilitate the calculation of these charges by the customer or their shipping provider.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Supplier’s warehouse located in Seoul, South Korea and fulfill orders within 3 business days. If orders fall on the weekend, the process could take up to 5 days. 

Supplier ships using Kpacket and the maximum shipping weight is 2000g or 2kg, and EMS for weight thereafter. 

We can also ship it to your local consolidator in Korea. Or you can provide us your own shipping label if you  have more cost effective shipping options.

Note: It is very important that you configure shipping rate on your website based on our set shipping rate from Korea. Any payment discrepancies in shipping will be Dropshippers responsibility if shipping rate is not properly set-up.

Supplier provides the tracking number for every order which is noted on the order details. 

  1. Refund and returns

The product list contains all product details including expiry dates and product weight. Please note that all products sold in this Service are classified as promotional sales. Naturally, sale or promo products are not refundable in Korea. 

Supplier does not replace or refund orders for any reasons other than the wrong product/s being shipped.

If Supplier ships the wrong product, the payment will be refunded. Supplier refunds the payment directly through the customer’s account within 20-30 days using wire transfer. The time frame is in consideration with the payment processor including visa and mastercard settle and refund lead time.

The Supplier shall notify the Dropshipper when the refund has been process.
